Staying grounded is a skill that takes time, and patience to achieve. A benefit of staying grounded is a healthy base or Root( Mūlādhāra) chakra. A healthy Root chakra is vital to the chakra energy system because a lack of “roots” can hinder Prana flow directly affecting all the other chakras, directly impacting the wellbeing of the entire body, mind, and light.

The Root Chakra, Muladhara in Sanskrit and is located at the base of our spine. This red chakra energy body is the area of stability and is governed by whatever grounds us.
